Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
ATEN reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order due to:

• Payment authorization failure
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity

If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, the customer will receive a refund according to the applicable refund process.
