Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The item received is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item arrives damaged

Returned products must:

  • Be unworn
  • Be unwashed
  • Be unused
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days from delivery, subject to product availability.

Exchanged items must meet the return eligibility conditions above.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items without original tags
  • Washed or altered products
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products showing signs of wear

Return Process

To request a return or exchange, customers should contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank
  • Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error
